PHOTOGRAPHER & CINEMATOGRAPHER.
With a passion for the ocean.
“MY LOVE FOR SURFING HAS GROWN AND I FOUND MYSELF NOT JUST CHASING WAVES BUT CHASING THE CONNECTION AND FRIENDSHIPS THAT DEVELOP SO NATURALLY IN THESE COMMUNITIES.”
This is that slightly awkward part where I talk about myself, but honestly, the best way to explain who I am and what I do is through the connection I’ve found with photography, the surf, the ocean, and the people who live by it. It’s hard to pinpoint one defining moment or single reason for why I do this, but I’ve always been deeply fascinated by people’s journeys — how they’ve arrived at the place they’re standing, whether I’m photographing them or we’re just sharing a cup of tea and a good yarn.
I’m curious about what drives people, whether it’s physical, emotional, spiritual, or rooted in community. One theme that often comes up is this sense of belonging — the connection people have to the places they live, the people around them, their work, and their environment. And at the same time, there’s this spark — that human spirit you see shining through the eyes of someone truly passionate about what they do.
